Futurist and Organisational Designer Katy Cooper helps organisations build and execute strategic plans for a future they may not be able to see yet.
As it is critical to be able to see the system of the organisation, and then to intentionally shape it, Katy partners with Executive Teams and/or Boards to build strategic foresight, direction and alignment.
Katy also uplifts leadership capability through Futures Thinking programs, Leading Through Complexity workshops, and fast-paced Think Tanks.
