Being immersed in organisational development, leadership development, and influencing change for going on two decades, Ellie partners with organisations to explore the human experience at work.

Ellie is a skilled facilitator and coach, who supports leaders to build the cognitive capacity required to be open to feedback, uplift capability, and unleash potential. Through small group coaching, data and insights are unpacked, feedback loops are put in place for ongoing learning, and connections are made ready for action. Emotional intelligence is increased, and goals brought into focus. The outcome being closing the knowing-doing gap and positively shifting thinking and behavioural patterns.

As a storyteller and a playbook writer Ellie engages curiosity, systems thinking, and development theory to produce practical how-to manuals for teams and organisations going through culture or capability change transitions. Making sense of the ambiguous, communicating clearly, and connecting the how with the why.
