Which DISCO PROGRAM is right for you?

We are passionate about working with organisations to build their capacity to flourish. A variety of available programs are below, but if you want to co-create something bespoke, contact us ↓

Trauma Responsive People Teams and Culture

  • Ever wonder how trauma impacts the workplace? It’s more common—and more impactful on productivity and flourishing —than you realise. Trauma affects how we think, behave, lead, and connect. But what if your organisation could take proactive steps to build a culture that not only understands trauma but responds to it effectively?

The Trauma Responsive People, Teams, and Culture Course is a groundbreaking online and offline program designed to transform the way your organisation approaches leadership, team dynamics, and employee well-being.

The 10-module course is packed with everything you need to know, from understanding how trauma happens and its impact on our neurobiology, behaviour, and relationships, to tackling the dangers of cumulative trauma and burnout in the workplace.

  • This is a video series, made up of 10 short self-paced modules

  • Anyone. Particularly leaders and teams.

Flourishing Organisations

  • DISCO implements the science of human flourishing to enable optimal performance, fulfillment and growth. We do this powered by SHAPE and their robust, scalable, quantitative platform that measures employee performance and productivity using evidence-based data.

We use SHAPE’s data-driven insight combined with futures, system and person-centred transformations - developing and implementing measurable whole system change that enables the highest net productivity benefit per employee, team and throughout the whole organisation.

Big Conversations, Better Outcomes

  • This is an immersive experience designed to build capacity and confidence in giving and receiving feedback, having performance conversations, and creating a responsive culture of growth, innovation and continual improvement in all areas of the business.

    Participants will learn about:

🪩 The neurobiology of human interactions and how this impacts behaviour under stress,

🪩 What feedback is (and what it isn’t) and why it is important for heathy cultures,

🪩 How and when to give and receive feedback,

    🪩 Why boundaries matter,

🪩 And practical tools to equip leaders and managers to empower themselves and their people.

By the end of this workshop, participants will walk away with real skills to improve communication, build trust, and create stronger workplaces.

  • This can be delivered as a full day workshop or divided into smaller, bite sized coaching circles.

  • Anyone

Alignment Reality Check

  • At DISCO Consulting, we support the people supporting executive teams. We help you gather the data you need to finally get traction and accelerate change. We help you to:

🪩 Quantify the cost of misalignment in your organisation.

🪩 Get clarity on leadership gaps - backed by hard data.

🪩 Have the real conversations that no one's been brave enough to have - yet.

An Alignment Reality Check - delivered by a futurist and strategy execution expert – helps diagnose misalignment and provides tangible, contextual recommendations for action.

The Alignment Reality Check diagnostic can be used to uncover:

    • CEO and Board misalignment

    • Executive team misalignment

    • Purpose, ambition, and strategy misalignment

    • Strategy and business goals misalignment

    • Departmental misalignment

    • Cultural misalignment

So, pick the one that’s most pressing right now, or start at the top and work your way down!

  • Depending on what sort of alignment you’re looking to explore, this engagement could run over a three week period.

It would include a self-diagnostic, qualitative interviews, and next steps recommendations.

  • Boards & CEOs

    Executive teams

    HR and P&C leads

    OD leads

Futures Think Tank

  • A think tank + a futurist = potent potential for impact

When we envisage a think tank, we’re not talking about the dry, policy-wonk kind – but the dynamic, energy-packed, idea-exploding kind that actually gets people thinking differently.

A Futures Think Tank is a creative collision zone where big ideas get stress-tested, silos get smashed, and new possibilities start to take shape. It’s about stepping outside the usual day-to-day grind and giving space to the kind of thinking that actually moves the needle.

The real power of a futurist-led think tank is in challenging assumptions, shifting perspectives, and opening up new ways of seeing the road ahead. A futurist doesn’t show up with a crystal ball – they help stretch thinking beyond BAU. They’re there to ask the big ‘what if?’ questions, and to explore multiple possible futures rather than assume one fixed outcome.

It’s not about predicting what’s coming – it’s about preparing to shape it. So, if your leadership team is wrestling with big questions, don’t just workshop it. Run a Futures Think Tank to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

  • Depending on the complexity of what you’re exploring, this can be delivered in 1 or 2 full-days, or even as a sensory, immersive retreat.

  • Teams, industry or community groups looking to explore possible futures

DISCO’s Guide to Change Making

  • Change making isn’t about implementing IT software or ticking boxes on a project plan. Change making is about the human impacts of initiatives and projects, many of which are happening in tandem.

Change making is about understanding the complex ways people think, relate, and work together to create flourishing systems. It’s messy, unpredictable, and human to its core.

The scariest thing? You will not have all the answers… and that’s okay, in fact - that’s the way it’s supposed to be. Change making is about curiosity, connecting dots, having a bird’s-eye-view to see the system as no one else does. And always from a people perspective.

  • This program includes 6 modules + a DISCO’s Guide to Change Making Playbook

  • Designed to support change makers by title and by the nature of their role (e.g. HR, P&C and Org Dev professionals).

Leadership Coaching Circles

  • Conscious leaders show up intentionally, with self-awareness and curiosity. They are adaptive, accountable and understand how their thoughts and actions influence those around them.

Group coaching circles are for leaders looking to build their cognitive capacity so they can engage capability. This could look like leveling up their leadership competencies, or making sense of feedback or survey results.

What does expanding conscious capacity do?
🪩 Engages curiosity and inquiry to gain self-awareness and hold multiple perspectives at once.
🪩 Disrupts current realities, untangles sense-making, and evolves ways of thinking.
🪩 Increases emotional and relational intelligence.

Let’s close the knowing-doing gap and realise your leadership team’s potential.

  • 🪩 Small groups (5-10) meeting fortnightly for 60-90mins.
🪩 Facilitated provocations and discussions relevant to the group or organisation.
🪩 Peer share-backs and feedback loops.

  • Leaders

Or small teams looking to connect on a deeper level

Team Power-Up

  • What would it take for your team to go from functioning to flourishing? Reconnect your people and find out.

Designed to turbocharge your team’s connection and collaboration.

You can start seeing instant impact like:
    🪩 Understanding each other better.
    🪩 Sharing ideas and perspectives.
🪩 Fostering a sense of agency, autonomy, and accountability.
    🪩 Lifting morale and engagement.

Bring playful enthusiasm back to work and see motivation soar.

  • 4x 90min dynamic, fun and insightful workshops.

Designed for on-line or in-person experiences.

  • Originally designed for online and hybrid teams, these sessions can be delivered for any teams or groups of people looking to strengthen their human connection and understand each other better.

Emotional Culture Program

  • How managing your emotional culture drives productivity and flourishing

Have you considered how the emotions your employees feel and express at work impact your company’s success? Emotional culture—the often-overlooked driver of engagement, collaboration, and performance—can either be the key to unlocking higher productivity and stronger teams, or the silent culprit behind burnout, disengagement, and missed targets.

By intentionally cultivating an emotional culture, you can unlock motivation, resilience, and a flourishing workplace.

Over the course of this program, you’ll:

🪩 Explore how emotions shape flourishing workplaces and identify what gets in the way of intentionally addressing emotions in your organisation.

🪩 Experience a hands-on tool to build emotional culture, reflecting on what you and your team need to feel successful.

🪩 Learn practical strategies to intentionally create an emotional culture, especially in critical situations such as change, conflict, leadership development, and more.

This interactive and introspective workshop is designed to leave you with actionable tools, valuable insights, and plenty of “aha!” moments to transform your workplace culture.

  • 3x 2-hour, hands-on workshops using the Elephants and Rider Tool for building emotion culture.

    1. Explore how emotions shape flourishing workplace. Including a self-reflection - how do I show up?

    2. Explore the current emotional state. Team reflection - how do we show up for each other?

    3. Learn practical strategies to intentionally create the desired emotional culture.
