HONOR MARINO
ORGANISATIONAL DESIGN CONSULTANT
With over 15 years of experience in organisational development, Honor is passionate about transforming Tasmanian workplaces through constructive cultures.
She is an expert in audio storytelling, and uses the power of voice—whether through podcasts, shortcasts, or audio communications—to inspire change, and build deeper connections. In 2022, she founded Honor Marino Consulting to help businesses use audio storytelling to inspire and engage their employees.
She is an experienced change manager and culture specialist with a unique ability to 'read the room.' Her work is grounded in building strong relationships, fostering trust, and applying best-practice methodologies.
Honor is an accomplished producer for ABC Radio, for Print Radio Tasmania and Powerd Media. Her latest project Literacy Legends is a podcast that explores literacy in Tasmania.
Beyond her consulting work, Honor is Vice President of Print Radio Tasmania, is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), and actively contributes to the Tasmanian Digital Accessibility Community.
