Dr. Rebecca Chabot, founder of Pure Wellness Tasmania, combines over 30 years of academic experience with 27 years of practice in mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and bodywork. With a PhD in Ecology, a Master’s in Biology, and a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry, Rebecca applies a scientific approach to mind-body balance through evidence-based wellness practices for individuals and organisations.

A dynamic international speaker, Rebecca specialises in helping leaders and teams reduce stress, improve mental fitness, and adopt daily wellness habits that enhance performance, connection, and overall well-being.
